Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Autodisc. By using the platform, you agree to abide by them in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating an account or using any Autodisc service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may use Autodisc to deploy and host legitimate software projects.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

4. Prohibited Content & Activities

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors in any way. This will result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement.
  • Malware, ransomware, botnets, phishing kits, or any software designed to compromise systems or data without authorization.
  • Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) tools or any service intended to disrupt other networks or services.
  • Cryptocurrency mining or any workload designed to consume excessive resources beyond your plan limits.
  • Spam, bulk messaging, or any form of unsolicited mass communication.
  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
  • Impersonation of other individuals or organizations.
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from third-party services in violation of their terms.
  • Circumventing platform restrictions, rate limits, or resource quotas.
  • Reselling or sublicensing Autodisc services without written permission.

5. Termination

  • Autodisc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or deployment at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason.
  • We will terminate accounts immediately and without warning when prohibited content or activities are detected.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data, deployments, and account information.
  • You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Payments & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all code, data, and content you upload to Autodisc.
  • By deploying content on Autodisc, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and serve that content as necessary to provide the service.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • We do not monitor the content of deployments proactively, but we will act on reports of abuse.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
  • We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Autodisc is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Autodisc harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. General

  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Autodisc regarding use of the service.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
